My services are fully flexible around you, whether it is a session on the beach before work, a lunchtime workout in your home or office, or early evening gym session; i am here to help you achieve your fitness goals.This means i will tailor a personal training plan, from weight loss, increase in lean muscle mass and tone, to a 10k and half marathon run.

I have always enjoyed a variety of sport from a young age, with a particular interest in resistance training/bodybuilding. Running is also a passion of mine and I compete regularly over a range of distances. This has developed into triathlons from sprint to middle distance. In 2014 i became a Ironman Wales Finisher, and completed the full Long Course Weekend in 2014 and 2016.
I have been a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist since 2011 and i am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. I have worked at the Ironman Wales event providing sports massage therapy for 4 years.
